This project started with an assessment of a two-acre riverfront site. Legat Architects and the developer created design guidelines that promoted profitable development and responded to Elgin's Riverfront City Center Master Plan.

The 245,000 SF solution respects key landmarks and the surrounding context in terms of height and density. It also creates an exciting interaction with the river, supporting the Riverwalk Development.

Eight residential floors offer one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes, including traditional and "soft loft" condominiums.
