Career Opportunity: Marketing Coordinator

Your Role at Legat

  • Coordinate all parts of proposal development and production
  • Work with practice leaders and marketing team members to strategize winning qualifications
  • Customize written and graphic components of each submission based on win strategy and client’s needs
  • Edit written information from team members
  • Help teams prepare for interview presentations and develop related materials
  • Track all RFP/RFQ lead sources
  • Maintain weekly proposal log
  • Maintain all marketing resources while supporting our business development team

Your Qualities

  • Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree
  • Five years of professional work experience in the development of proposals and presentations, preferably with experience in the AEC industry
  • Ability to focus, organize your tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to collaborate and support your marketing team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Adobe Creative Suite (i.e. InDesign and Photoshop)
  • Client Relationship Management (CRM) experience is a plus—we use Cosential
