Interior makeover revives community college satellite campus, serves as catalyst for future development in historic downtown
A 14,000-square-foot renovation transforms the previous tenant’s space into classrooms, student gathering areas, and offices. The project allows Moraine Valley Community College (MVCC) to expand and consolidate its programs in the southeast area of its district. A fresh, energetic feel entices students and staff to spend more time on campus.
