Competition-winning design revives historic downtown retail corridor
This 189,000-square-foot facility responds to a redevelopment plan created by residents, property owners, and business operators. A 30-foot-wide court west of the facility invites activity. The project also includes renovation and restoration of the adjacent Drechsler Building, built in 1898.
