Interior design and architecture artfully merge in one-stop destination for student services

Renovations transform four dated classrooms into an Enrollment Center. Students experience an energetic space where they are welcomed by representatives cross-trained in admissions, registration, academic advising, and financial assistance.

Always Visible

A glass partition allows visitors to see the Enrollment Center even when it is closed.

Outside Inside

Color selection, light panels, and a wavy ceiling element give students the impression that they are outside, even though the space has no windows.

Visual Connection

A thin window creates a visual connection between the “back of house” area where specialists work and the Enrollment Center’s main desk.

Students use a self-service kiosk, while column signage directs visitors toward the Enrollment Center.

Waiting Area

A second floor student services waiting area with views to the campus lake offers a centrally located reception desk and a computer zone where students can browse while they wait.
