Hotel brings lodging to premier Cleveland-area lifestyle development

This 110-room hotel is part of a larger expansion to Crocker Park, a mixed-use lifestyle center near Cleveland. The anchor to the 1,000,000+ square foot development is American Greetings, which was the driver for the new hotel.

Appealing and Affordable Materials

The developer wanted the façade of the 69,000-square-foot hotel to match the fresh image of one of the region’s foremost lifestyle developments. The design responds with terra cotta shingles, stainless steel shingles, and black face brick . . . all cost-effective and regionally manufactured.
