Legat Gurnee Studio
New energy-efficient studio designed in response to preferences of today’s workforce
We challenged ourselves to transform unfinished office space into our new Lake County office.
The Gurnee studio surrounds Legat employees with what they strive for on every project: responsive design. It also demonstrates to anyone who steps through our doors what a next-gen collaborative office environment can be.
Those who visit this studio see frameless glass, concrete floors, and many other details that architects cherish. But visitors also experience the results of our responsive design: idea exchange, spirited debate, creativity, camaraderie, and, in a word, performance.
