Newark High School Expansion/Renovation
Over 300,000 square feet of additions and renovations improve learning, safety, energy efficiency, wayfinding, and school spirit
Newark High School’s 46-acre campus had ten buildings going back to the 1960s. Students had to endure inclement weather as they moved between the disconnected buildings.
A campus reinvention included demolition of half the buildings, as well as expansions and renovations that connected the remaining structures to create a single facility.
Over three years of building, not one day of school was lost because of construction issues. Additionally, the project finished on time and under budget.
