Makeover redevelops medical office building to expand Northwestern Medicine’s Naperville presence
A 45,000-square-foot renovation revives 75% of the spaces within an underused, 25-year-old, three-story medical office building. The two-phase project allows Northwestern Medicine to bring new practices and physicians to Naperville. The work includes eight clinics: physical therapy, orthopedics, MRI (first floor); dermatology and multispecialty (second floor); and primary care, OB-GYN, and an innovative care clinic (third floor). Additional third-floor spaces include a staff lounge and a conference room. The project also rebrands common areas (e.g., corridors, lobby, entry) to meet Northwestern Medicine standards.
