Stay Grounded offers a breakfast and lunch spot for hotel guests and local workers who do not have time to make the half-mile walk to downtown Portsmouth. The 1,500-square foot café, operated by The Olympia Companies, is located at the southwest corner of Hyatt Place – Foundry Place and next to a parking lot and the Foundry Place Garage.
