The Q Multimodal Station
Retrofit creates transit hub that blazes a trail for reconnecting the Quad Cities and Chicago via rail
Renovations transform an abandoned six-story warehouse into an intermodal transportation hub that sparks a revitalization of Moline’s downtown business district. The Q features a glass-enclosed grand hall designed to support a future direct passenger rail line between Moline and Chicago. The project connects to the Element Moline hotel, also designed by Legat.
