Just: Employee and Community Well-Being
Legat earned the Just label from the International Living Future Institute. The voluntary awareness tool allows us to measure our progress on certain social justice indicators. It encourages us to create equitable and rewarding work environments and support our communities.
The Just tool inspired the creation of Legat’s Wellness Committee, which completed a firmwide health assessment and employee wellness survey. The resulting wellness program has included a logo design competition, employee challenges, and a monthly wellness newsletter.
