Efficiency without Acrobatics

Sustainable design strategies make the facility nearly 40% more energy efficient than a standard facility of similar size. There are not a lot of design acrobatics: the design complements high-performance technologies, and it’s below a standard construction budget.

Learning by the Fen

Nursing and allied health students get a visual treat when they gather in the connecting corridor: its curving stone and glass facade preserves mature oak trees, and gives a nod to the natural fen that meanders through the center of campus.
