Waterfront hotel conversion mixes modern comfort and riverfront charm
A renovation transforms a Best Western Premier into the 176-room Oshkosh Marriott Waterfront Hotel facility on the Fox River. The project rejuvenates over 22,000 square feet of ground floor public space, redesigns all guest rooms, and adds a members-only M Club lounge. The former ground floor pool and Ground Round restaurant resurrect as Marriott’s Greatroom and the Anchor & Port restaurant, an open-concept dining experience. Private event spaces feature new meeting space and refreshed ballrooms filled with natural light.
Additional renovation work includes a second-floor fitness center. Limited facade recladding redefines the restaurant and creates a more engaging entry statement as people approach from a pedestrian bridge that connects to the Oshkosh Convention Center.
