Entry

Interior aesthetics showcase RiverStone Group’s products through displays and materials highlighted by a stone wall that continues from the exterior.

Relics on Display

During a walkthrough of RiverStone Group’s old facility, the team came across boxes of old company memorabilia stored in unused rooms. The new building spotlights these items in two large display cases to help tell the organization’s story.

“Legat’s ingenuity and vision paralleled exactly what our company was trying to accomplish with our new facility as we celebrated building of the sixth (and largest) company headquarters in our 125 years in business.”

Light and Sound

All employees have natural light and views to the outdoors thanks to the building’s L-shaped layout, an exposed roof deck, and clerestories. Drop clouds control noise and create a more intimate work environment.

Product Placement

The RiverStone Group masonry framing this display case resembles stone outcroppings, while polished concrete floors in the lobby and walkways showcase trap rocks from one of the firm’s quarries.

“On many occasions, the team at Legat went above and beyond to help us coordinate the many details of our build process, substantially adding to the overall value of the project and ultimately contributing to a building that is unlike any other in the Quad City Area.”
