Senior Architect | Project Manager | Studio Director
Jeff Sandberg, AIA, LEED AP leads Legat’s Quad Cities studio in Moline, Illinois. He applies a common sense approach to each project that he manages, whether it’s a new school, a multimodal transit facility retrofit, or a senior living facility renovation.
Since joining Legat in 2000, Jeff has managed public and private building types including education, municipal, health care, and others. Jeff’s latest success story is the community-inspired, student-focused Hamilton Elementary School in Moline, Illinois.
Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, doing construction projects around the house, and playing volleyball.
He holds three degrees from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign: Bachelor of Architecture, Master of Architecture, and Master of Science in Civil Engineering (emphasis on construction management). Jeff was also an “All-American” member of the University of Illinois men’s volleyball team.
“Jeff is the ultimate professional. He listens to his clients’ concerns, compiles them, and comes up with a solution.”
Bill Brown, Director of Building and Grounds, Marquardt School District 15
