An adept project manager, Len Wynter, AIA, LEED AP delivers award-winning projects while maintaining project budget and schedule. The concepts of efficiency and accuracy fuel his efforts as a project manager.
Clients count on Len to achieve impressive facilities regardless of budget. His portfolio ranges from PreK-12 and higher education facilities to train stations and city halls. He particularly enjoys the challenge of designing charter schools with smaller budgets.
Len embraces technology and helped launch Legat’s Building Information Modeling (BIM) Group that streamlined project delivery across the firm.
He applies his degree in Environmental Design to increase building efficiency. Through the use of basic design tools such as site orientation and building mass, Len’s projects take advantage of site amenities, as well as solar and wind energies, to reduce operational costs.
Len also holds a Master of Architecture degree. He earned both his degrees at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.
