Patrick Brosnan, AIA, LEED AP, ALEP leads Legat’s drive to embrace new design challenges that aim to improve lives and individual performance. He works side-by-side with principals and interns. His “no doors” policy makes him accessible to all employees and reinforces his emphasis on teamwork.

He has presented on educational design issues throughout the US and is an Accredited Learning Environments Planner (ALEP) certified by the Association for Learning Environments (A4LE). His portfolio ranges from the planning and design of a kindergarten in Kuwait to science and classroom expansions at Glenbard West High School and Mundelein High School.

Patrick gives back to the community as a board member of the Will County Center for Economic Development and B.R. Ryall YMCA, as well as participation in other educational and community development initiatives. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
