Paul Pessetti

Paul Pessetti, AIA, LEED AP BD+C plans, designs, and manages preK-12 and higher education projects that evoke a sense of place and inspire occupants. He designed and led one of the nation’s first middle schools to achieve LEED for Schools Gold certification.

Paul joined Legat in 1988. His portfolio goes beyond educational facilities to include transportation buildings, city halls, and public works facilities. This diversity in project types allows him to offer solutions that might not otherwise be apparent.

Clients value Paul’s design ability, technical expertise, and commitment to service. He approaches projects from both a technical and aesthetic viewpoint to offer the best solution within the budget.

Paul credits his passion for architecture to his high school drafting teacher, who inspired him to always look for beauty in the details.

Paul holds Master and Bachelor of Architecture degrees from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
