Apartments above parking add housing near campus and downtown
Tenth & College Horizons adds 41 apartments and 64 beds within walking distance of Indiana University and downtown Bloomington. A garage occupies the first floor and part of the second, allowing the four story-building to provide resident parking on a compact urban site.
Studio through four-bedroom apartments accommodate individuals and larger groups. The residences surround a private, two-level furnished courtyard that gives residents a place to gather outdoors. As part of the larger Tenth & College Campus, the building also provides access to a fitness center, pool, clubhouse, and 24-hour study lounge.
